Agustin Argelich, Director

Agustin Argelich, Telecom Engineer by La Salle University of Barcelona, a 20 year veteran of the telecommunications industry who is the owner, founder and principal consultant of Argelich Ingenieros, an independent Telecommunications and Hi-Tech Systems Engineering and Consultancy company. He founded the company after the Barcelona ’92 Olympic Games. He was one of the youngest project leaders in the Barcelona ’92 Olympic Organizing Committee as Technological Director of the IX Paralympic Games. He has led significant voice, data and video network projects in Europe for business and also for public organizations. He also has deep expertise in telecom expenses management, helping organizations to optimize their telecom cost. He is a member of the Society of Telecommunications Consultants,, he was elected Vice President of STC in 2007. After his period as vice president he currently is serving as Board Member and Chairman International Affairs Committee. Mr. Finneran, is an independent consultant specializing in wireless and mobility with over 30-years experience in the networking field. His firm, dBrn Associates, provides technology assessment, wireless cost control, contract negotiations, project management, and training. Often sought out as a speaker, Mr. Finneran makes frequent appearances at industry trade shows and conferences including InterOp, Mobile Business Expo, Mobile Explosion and VoiceCon, where he now chairs the wireless and mobility track. In the consulting area, he has provided assistance on network design, market assessment, and strategic planning to wireline and wireless carriers, equipment vendors, end users, investment firms, and a number of government agencies. As an educator, he has conducted over 2500 training seminars on networking topics and has taught in the Graduate Telecommunications program at Pace University, and conducted programs at the Center for the Study of Data Processing at Washington University in St. Louis. David Grill, President

David Grill has 25+ years of experience in the voice and data telecommunications industry working both as an independent consultant for the last twelve years and previously as a manager for major corporate users of telecom products and services. He has done extensive work in managing the full life cycle of major projects, from converting the business requirements into a technical RFP, to evaluating vendor proposals, to making a recommendation, to managing and coordinating the vendors through the implementation. His experience includes Wide Area Networks for voice and data, Contact Center applications, E-911 implementation, Business Continuity Planning and cellular contract negotiations. He has worked closely with, and is familiar with the product lines of Cisco, Nortel Networks, Siemens, Avaya, NEC ShoreTel, and Mitel, and is well acquainted with the product differences of small niche players in the industry. As an independent consultant David has worked with clients in a number of business sectors, including banking, legal, K-12 education, manufacturing, professional services, and shipping. He is extremely skilled in translating business requirements into technical specifications and in translating the technical abilities of the vendors into a language that business managers can understand. In managing large projects he is able to keep all players, including those not directly involved in the telecom side of the project, working together to meet the client’s requirements and expectations. Mr. Grill is an active member of The Society of Telecommunications Consultants and currently serves as Executive Vice President. Richard L. Hathaway, Principal

Richard Hathaway has over 35 years of telecommunications industry experience as a consultant, end user and service provider in a wide range of strategic and operational environments.
